Smitty’s was built on hard work, family values, and a lifelong love for bringing people together.

Owner Mike “Smitty” Smith is a proud American veteran who went straight into military service after graduating high school. The discipline, dedication, and work ethic he learned during his years in the military became the foundation for everything he has accomplished since.

Over the years, Smitty has lived a life full of adventure and entrepreneurship. From drag racing to raising bucking bulls, building businesses, raising a family, and purchasing a ranch in Milsap, Texas, he has always believed in working hard, taking chances, and staying true to his roots.

Together, Mike and his wife, Deana, decided to pursue a dream they had talked about for years—creating a place where friends, families, neighbors, and visitors could gather, relax, and enjoy genuine Texas hospitality. That dream became Smitty’s.

More than just a bar and live music venue, Smitty’s is a reflection of who Mike and Deana are: hardworking, family-oriented people who believe in treating everyone like family. Their vision was to create a welcoming destination where great music, cold drinks, laughter, dancing, and lasting memories all come together under one roof.

From the ranch life of Parker County to the excitement of live entertainment, Mike and Deana have poured their hearts into building something special for the community. They hope every guest who walks through the doors feels welcomed, has a great time, and leaves looking forward to their next visit.
